LEMUR-2-RAMONAMAE, also known as Lemur FM149, is a 3U CubeSat satellite manufactured by SPIREG and operated by SPIREL/SPIRE. It was launched on January 13, 2022, from the Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, Launch Complex 40 (LC40), using a Falcon 9 launch vehicle. The satellite has dimensions of 0.3 meters in length and diameter, with a span of 0.3 meters. It weighs 4.6 kilograms both at launch and dry mass. Equipped with solar cells and batteries for power, LEMUR-2-RAMONAMAE is designed to carry out GPS radio occultation, AIS-receiver, and ASD-B payload operations using its STRATOS, SENSE, and AirSafe equipment respectively. The satellite's shape consists of a box with two panels.
