The spacecraft measures 0.3 meters in length with a diameter of 0.1 meters and spans 0.3 meters. It has a dry mass of 5.7 kilograms and is equipped with PS0, PS1, or PS2 imaging payloads as well as Dove 24f3 payload. FLOCK 4Q-13's power system includes solar cells and batteries for energy storage.
