The satellite KEPLER-20 (OBJECT_ID: 2023-054AR) is a CubeSat 6U configuration built by KEPLER/UTIAS and launched on April 15, 2023, from AFWTR Launch Site using Falcon 9 as the launch vehicle. With dimensions of 0.3 meters in length, 0.2 meters in diameter, and a span of 0.7 meters, it has a dry mass of 15 kg and was also its launch mass. The satellite is equipped with an SDR (Software Defined Radio) and narrowband communications payload for communication M2M/IoT purposes. Its power source includes solar cells and batteries. KEPLER-20 achieved stability on April 26, 2023, and is owned by KEPLER, operating under the name Kepler-20 with a box shape augmented by two panels.
