FLOCK 4X-13 is a CubeSat (3U) satellite manufactured by PLAN and owned by the same entity. It was launched on January 13, 2022, from LC40 at AFETR using a Falcon 9 launch vehicle. With dimensions of 0.3m in length, 0.1m in diameter, and 0.3m span, it has a dry mass of 5.7 kg and is equipped with solar cells and batteries for power generation. The satellite carries an imaging payload designated as Dove 249c (PS0, PS1 or PS2) and its mission is focused on technology purposes. It operates in either ISS orbit (~1 year lifetime) or SSO (2-3 years lifetime).
