FLOCK 4A-6 is a CubeSat (3U) technology satellite manufactured by PLAN and owned by PLAN. It was launched on April 1, 2019, from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre using the PSLV-QL launch vehicle. The satellite has dimensions of 0.3 meters in length and span with a diameter of 0.1 meters. Its dry mass is 5.7 kilograms, which matches its launch mass.
