XIAOXIANG 1 (also known as Xiaoxiang-1) is a CubeSat (6U) technology satellite manufactured by CTYK and launched on November 9, 2016, from Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center's LC43/95 using the Chang Zheng 11 launch vehicle. The satellite has dimensions of 0.3 meters in length, 0.2 meters in diameter, and a span of 0.3 meters with a dry mass of 8 kilograms. It is equipped with a stabilized camera system for its payload named Tianyi 1 and powered by two deployable fixed solar arrays along with batteries. The satellite's shape is box-like with a RCS value of 0.099, indicating its reflective surface area relative to its mass.
