FSW-0 9, also known as Fanhui Shi Weixing (09), is a reconnaissance and Earth observation satellite launched by China on August 5, 1987. It was deployed from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center using LA2B launch pad with the Chang Zheng 2C launch vehicle.
