COSMOS 1629 (also known as Kosmos-1629) is an early warning satellite launched by the Soviet Union on February 21, 1985, from Tyuratam Site using a Proton-K/DM launch vehicle. The spacecraft has dimensions of 4 meters in length and 2 meters in diameter, with a span of 5 meters. It had a dry mass of 1,150 kilograms and a launch mass of 1,250 kilograms.
