Summary
The STARLINK-32029 satellite, also known as Starlink 32029, is a communication satellite based on the Starlink v2 Mini configuration and part of the Starlink Group 10-3-11 payload. It was launched by SpaceX (SPXS) from the Air Force Eastern Test Range (AFETR) Launch Complex 40 (LC40) using a Falcon 9 launch vehicle on June 27, 2024. The satellite has dimensions of 0.3 meters in length, 4.1 meters in diameter, and spans 29 meters when deployed. It has a dry mass of 700 kg and a launch mass of 730 kg, powered by solar arrays and batteries. Equipped with Ku/Ka/E-band payload and an optical inter-satellite link for communication, the satellite uses Argon ion thrusters as its motor and is shaped like a box with a pan design.
