The PROGRESS-MS 27 (also known as Progress MS-27) is a cargo spacecraft launched by Russia on May 30, 2024, from the Tyuratam Space Center LC31 launch pad using a Soyuz-2-1A launch vehicle. It has dimensions of 7.9 meters in length and a diameter of 2.7 meters with a dry mass of 4325 kg and a launch mass of 4909 kg. The spacecraft is equipped with two deployable fixed solar arrays and batteries for power supply, featuring a configuration described as Cyl + Sphere + Cone + 2 Pan. Manufactured by PROGT, it was designed to deliver cargo and has been operated by RKKE.
