The STARLINK-31175 satellite, also known as Starlink 31175, is a communication satellite belonging to the Starlink v2 Mini configuration and part of the Starlink Group 7-11-08 payload group. It was launched on January 24, 2024, from AFWTR Launch Site at SLC4E using a Falcon 9 launch vehicle by SpaceX (SPXS). The satellite has dimensions of 0.3 meters in length and 4.1 meters in diameter with a span of 29 meters. It weighs approximately 730 kilograms at launch and has a dry mass of 700 kilograms. Equipped with Ku/Ka/E-band payload, optical inter-satellite link, and Argon ion thrusters for propulsion, it also features solar arrays and batteries for power supply. The satellite's shape is described as "Box + pan," and its primary mission is to facilitate communication services.
