The STARLINK-5486 satellite, also known as Starlink 5486, is part of SpaceX's Starlink constellation and was launched on May 10, 2023, from the SLC4E launch pad at AFWTR using a Falcon 9 rocket. It has dimensions of 0.2 meters in length, 2.8 meters in diameter, and spans 9 meters when fully deployed. The satellite weighs approximately 290 kilograms dry and had an initial launch mass of 305 kilograms. Equipped with Ku/Ka-band payload for communication purposes and an optical inter-satellite link, it uses solar arrays and batteries for power generation.
