The STARLINK-5015 satellite, also known as Starlink 5015, is a communication satellite launched by SpaceX (SPXS) on September 24, 2022, from the Cape Canaveral Space Force Station Launch Complex 40 using a Falcon 9 launch vehicle. It has dimensions of 0.2 meters in length, 2.8 meters in diameter, and spans 9 meters. The satellite weighs approximately 305 kilograms at launch with a dry mass of 290 kilograms. Equipped with Ku/Ka-band payload and optical inter-satellite link technology, it uses solar arrays and batteries for power generation. Its propulsion system consists of Krypton ion thrusters. This spacecraft is part of the Starlink Group 4-35-46 constellation aimed at providing global communication services.
