OBJECT TS, also known as Tsikolkovskiy-Ryazan 2, is a 3U Cubesat satellite manufactured by RGRTU and owned by RGRTU/RKKE. It was launched on November 20, 1998, from the TYSMC launch site using Soyuz-2-1A as the launch vehicle from LC31. The satellite has a configuration of a 3U Cubesat with a handle and measures 0.3 meters in length and span, while its diameter is 0.1 meters. With a dry mass and launch mass both at 5 kilograms, it operates on solar cells and batteries for power. Its mission focuses on technology and communication purposes. The satellite's lifetime was projected to be six months and has been stable since June 5, 2022.
