It was launched on July 1, 2021, from the Vosto launch site using a Soyuz-2-1B launch vehicle. The spacecraft features an Arrow bus configuration with dimensions of 1.3 meters in length, 1 meter in diameter, and a span of 5 meters. Its dry mass is 140 kg and it was launched with a total mass of 148 kg.
