MIR-SAT 1 (MO-112), also known as MirSat-OSCAR-112, is a CubeSat (3U) launched by the Mauritius Research and Innovation Council (MRIC) on November 20, 1998, from TYMSC Launch Pad LC39A using a Falcon 9 launch vehicle. The satellite measures 0.1 meters in length, diameter, and span with a dry mass of 1 kilogram. Equipped with solar cells and batteries for power, it carries a small camera and figurine display as payload equipment. Its mission is focused on entertainment and promotion purposes. MIR-SAT 1 has been stable since June 22, 2021.
