It was launched on May 28, 2021, from the Vostochny Cosmodrome's PU1S launch pad using the Soyuz-2-1B launch vehicle. The satellite uses an Arrow bus configuration with dimensions of 1.3 meters in length and a diameter of 1 meter, featuring a span of 5 meters due to its solar arrays. It has a dry mass of 140 kg and was launched at a mass of 148 kg.
