SPACEBEE-68 is a CubeSat (0.25U) communications satellite manufactured by SWARM and owned by SWARM. It was launched on January 24, 2021, from the AFETR launch site using Falcon 9 as the launch vehicle from LC40 pad. The satellite stabilized its orbit on May 11, 2021. It measures 0.025 meters in length and has a diameter of 0.1 meters with a span of 0.9 meters. Its dry mass is 0.284 kg, which is also its launch mass. The satellite's purpose is to provide communication services for Machine-to-Machine (M2M) and Internet of Things (IoT). It is powered by solar cells and batteries and has a box shape with two antennas.
