Launched on March 25, 2021, from Vostochny Cosmodrome's PU1S launch pad with the Soyuz-2-1B launch vehicle, it has a length of 1.3 meters, a diameter of 1 meter, and a span of 5 meters. The satellite features a Ku-band payload for communication purposes, solar arrays for power generation, and dry mass of 140 kg out of a total launch mass of 148 kg.
