The CHALLENGE ONE satellite, also known as ChallengeOne, is a CubeSat (3U) technology demonstration spacecraft designed and manufactured by TELTRU for TELTN. It was launched on March 22, 2021, from the TYMSC launch site using the Soyuz-2-1A launch vehicle at LC31. The satellite has dimensions of 0.2 meters in length, 0.1 meters in diameter, and spans 0.2 meters with a dry mass of 2 kilograms. It is equipped with an SDR and LoRa Gateway for equipment operations. CHALLENGE ONE uses solar cells and batteries for power generation and is expected to have a mission lifetime of 1-2 years. The satellite has a box shape and no propulsion system, with its purpose being technology demonstration in space.
