KEPLER-8 (AMAROK), also known as Amarok, is a 6U CubeSat manufactured by KEPLER/UTIAS and launched on January 24, 2021, from Launch Complex 40 at the Cape Canaveral Air Force Station using a Falcon 9 launch vehicle. With dimensions of 0.3 meters in length, 0.2 meters in diameter, and 0.7 meters in span, it has a dry mass of 15 kilograms and was designed for communication M2M/IoT purposes. It is equipped with SDR and narrowband communications payload powered by solar cells and batteries. The satellite's shape consists of a box with two panels and it is owned by KEPLER.
