The AC 10A PROBE (GOLF), also known as Golf, is a small US satellite designed for research on air density. Launched on April 17, 2019, from WLPIS Pad 0A using an Antares 230 launch vehicle, the probe has dimensions of 0.098 meters in length, diameter, and span. It weighs 0.016 kilograms at both dry mass and launch mass. The satellite is a cruciform sphere manufactured by AERO and operated for its mission from the date of launch to stabilization on November 18, 2020. Notably, it lacks equipment, motor, power source, and transmitter frequencies, indicating its simple design focused solely on research purposes without additional functionalities.
