Launched on November 20, 1998, from the TYMSC Pad 0A using an Antares 230+ launch vehicle, this satellite is owned by SPIREL/SPIRE and manufactured by SPIREG. It carries equipment including STRATOS (GPS radio occultation payload), SENSE (AIS-receiver), and AirSafe (ASD-B payload). The power supply for LEMUR-2-BAXTER-OLIVER comes from solar cells and batteries, and it has a box shape with two panels. The satellite's purpose is unspecified but was last stable on November 5, 2020.
