FLOCK 4V-15 is a CubeSat (3U) technology satellite operated by PLAN and launched on September 3, 2020, from the Guiana Space Center using Vega as the launch vehicle. The satellite measures 0.3 meters in length with a span of 0.3 meters and has a dry mass of 5.7 kg, which is also its launch mass. It is equipped with PS0, PS1 or PS2 imaging payload known as Dove 2402 for technology demonstration purposes. The satellite was designed to operate for about one year in an International Space Station (ISS) orbit and up to 2-3 years in Sun-Synchronous Orbit (SSO). Its power system consists of solar cells and batteries, and its shape is described as a box with two panels.
