The OSM-1 CICERO satellite, identified by NORAD CAT ID 46294 and OBJECT ID 2020-061Y, is a 6U CubeSat manufactured by OSM/TYVAK for Earth observation purposes. Launched on September 3, 2020, from the Guiana Space Center (FRGUI) using the Vega launch vehicle, this satellite has dimensions of 0.3 meters in length and 0.2 meters in diameter with a span of 0.6 meters. Its dry mass is 10 kg, which matches its launch mass. Equipped with solar cells and batteries for power supply and carrying a Cion GPS radio occultation payload (Tyvak-0088), the satellite's shape is described as box-shaped with two panels.
