SKYSAT-C16, also known as SkySat C16, is an Earth Observation satellite built by MAXSS and owned by PLABST. It was launched on June 13, 2020, from Launch Complex 40 at the Air Force Eastern Test Range (AFETR) using a Falcon 9 launch vehicle. The spacecraft measures 1.2 meters in length with a diameter of 0.5 meters and weighs 110 kilograms both at launch and dry mass. It is configured as an SSTL-50, identified by the OBJECT_ID 2020-038BM, and has a box shape. The satellite's power comes from solar cells and batteries, and it uses ? x 1 N HPGP thrusters for propulsion. SKYSAT-C16 is designed to operate for six years in its mission to observe Earth.
