It was launched on February 6, 2020, from Tymshch (TYMSC), Launch Complex 31 (LC31), using a Soyuz-2-1B launch vehicle and stabilized in orbit by February 7, 2020. The satellite has an arrow bus configuration with dimensions of 1.3 meters in length, 1 meter in diameter, and spans 5 meters when deployed. It is equipped with a Ku-Band payload and features SPT-50 or BHT-350 Hall effect thrusters for propulsion. The dry mass is 140 kg, while the launch mass was 148 kg.
