SEEKER is a 3U CubeSat satellite (2019-022K) built by JSC and launched on April 17, 2019, from the Wallops Flight Facility Launch Pad 0A using an Antares 230 launch vehicle. It has dimensions of 0.3 meters in length and span with a diameter of 0.1 meters, and it has a dry mass and launch mass both at 3 kilograms. The satellite is equipped with batteries for power and operates as a satellite inspector. Its operational lifetime was documented to be only one hour, and it was stabilized by September 16, 2019. The shape of the satellite is box-like, and it is owned by JSC.
