It was launched on March 31, 2019, from Xichang Satellite Launch Center (XICLF), using the Chang Zheng 3B launch vehicle from Launch Pad LC2. The satellite uses the DFH-4 Bus as its configuration and measures 6 meters in length with a diameter of 2.5 meters and a span of 20 meters.
