It was launched on February 27, 2019, from the Guiana Space Centre using a Soyuz-ST-B launch vehicle. The satellite has dimensions of 1.3 meters in length, 1 meter in diameter, and 5 meters in span, with a dry mass of 140 kg and a launch mass of 148 kg. It is powered by solar arrays and batteries and features a Ku-band payload for communication purposes.
