SIRIUSSAT-2 (also known as SiriusSat-2) is a CubeSat (1U) satellite owned by SIROTS and manufactured by SPUT in Russia. It was launched on November 20, 1998, from the TYSMC launch site using Soyuz-2-1A at LC31. The satellite has dimensions of 0.1 meters for length, diameter, and span with a dry mass of 1.4 kilograms. SIRIUSSAT-2 is equipped with a particle detector and solar cells and batteries for power. Its primary mission was for technology and education purposes. The stable date (last known operational date) of the satellite is July 10, 2018.
