Launched on May 22, 2018, from AFWTR SLC4E using a Falcon 9 launch vehicle, it has dimensions of 3.1 meters in length, 1.5 meters in diameter, and a span of 9.4 meters. The satellite is equipped with a deployable solar array system and batteries for power supply. It features an L-band payload, Ka-band cross-links and downlinks, as well as ADS-B and AIS-receiver payloads (on 58 satellites). With a dry mass of 700 kg and a launch mass of 860 kg, it was manufactured by OATKGA (Orbital ATK) and is designed to operate for up to 15 years. The satellite has a half hex prism shape with two panels and its configuration is based on the ELiTeBus-1000 bus system.
