Launched on March 30, 2018, from Vandenberg Air Force Base SLC-4E using a Falcon 9 launch vehicle, the spacecraft has dimensions of 3.1 meters in length, 1.5 meters in diameter, and spans 9.4 meters. With a dry mass of 700 kilograms and a launch mass of 860 kilograms, it is equipped with an L-band payload, Ka-band cross-links and downlinks, ADS-B payload, and AIS-receiver technology.
