Launched on January 13, 2018, from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center (JSC) using a Chang Zheng 2D launch vehicle, it has dimensions of approximately 2 meters in length with a diameter of 1.5 meters and spans about 10 meters when its deployable solar arrays are extended. The satellite's dry mass is 2,000 kg and it was launched with the same weight. Its shape consists of a hexagonal cylinder with three panels.
