Launched on October 9, 2017, from AFWTR SLC4E using a Falcon 9 launch vehicle, the satellite has dimensions of 3.1 meters in length, 1.5 meters in diameter, and a span of 9.4 meters. It features an EliteBus configuration with a dry mass of 700 kg and was designed for a 10-year lifetime but planned for up to 15 years.
