The DIAMOND BLUE satellite, also known as Diamond Blue, was launched on June 23, 2017, from the Satish Dhawan Space Centr Launchpad (FLP) using the PSLV-XL launch vehicle. This CubeSat (3U), manufactured by GOMSP and owned by SASG, has a configuration of a Box shape with dimensions measuring 0.3 meters in length, 0.1 meters in diameter, and 0.3 meters in span. The satellite's dry mass is 4 kilograms, identical to its launch mass. It serves the purpose of providing Communication M2M/IoT services as part of the Payload 3-Diamonds 1 mission. Power for DIAMOND BLUE comes from solar cells and batteries.
