The FLOCK 3P-15 satellite, also known as Flock 3p-15, is a CubeSat (3U) technology mission launched on February 15, 2017, from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre using the PSLV-XL launch vehicle. Manufactured by PLAN and owned by the same entity, this satellite has dimensions of 0.3 meters in length and diameter with a span of 0.3 meters. It weighs 4.7 kilograms both at launch and dry mass. The spacecraft is equipped with PS0, PS1 or PS2 imaging payload and solar cells for power generation. Its shape consists of a box plus two panels and it has an RCS value of 0.0647. FLOCK 3P-15 was designed to operate in either the ISS orbit (~1 year) or SSO (2-3 years), depending on its deployment specifics.
