FLOCK 3P-47, also known as Flock 3p-47, is a CubeSat (3U) satellite manufactured by PLAN and owned by the same entity. Launched on February 15, 2017, from SRILR Launch Site, it uses PSLV-XL launch vehicle and its primary mission is for technology purposes. The satellite weighs 4.7 kg at launch with a dry mass of 4.7 kg as well. Its dimensions are 0.3 meters in length and diameter, and it spans 0.3 meters across. FLOCK 3P-47 is equipped with imaging payload options including PS0, PS1 or PS2 for its Dove 1027 mission. It utilizes solar cells and batteries for power supply. The expected lifetime of the satellite ranges from about one year in ISS orbit to two to three years in Sun-Synchronous Orbit (SSO).
