LEMUR-2-TACHIKOMA, also known as Lemur-2-Tachikoma, is a 3U CubeSat satellite manufactured by SPIREG and owned by Spire. Launched on February 15, 2017, from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre (SRILR) using PSLV-XL launch vehicle, it has dimensions of 0.3 meters in length and 0.1 meters in diameter with a span of 0.3 meters. The satellite weighs 4.6 kilograms both at launch and dry mass. It is equipped with STRATOS (GPS radio occultation payload), SENSE (AIS-receiver), and AirSafe (ASD-B payload, #78 and later). Power generation relies on solar cells and batteries. Its shape consists of a box design with two panels and has an RCS value of 0.07.
