Summary
The FLOCK 3P-8 satellite, also known as Flock 3p-8, is a CubeSat (3U) technology demonstration satellite owned and manufactured by PLAN in the United States. It was launched on February 15, 2017, from SRILR using the PSLV-XL launch vehicle. The satellite has dimensions of 0.3 meters in length, 0.1 meters in diameter, and a span of 0.3 meters. Its dry mass is 4.7 kilograms, which is also its launch mass. Equipped with Dove 100C imaging payload (PS0, PS1 or PS2), it uses solar cells and batteries for power supply.
