Launched on January 14, 2017, from Vandenberg Air Force Base's SLC-4E pad using a Falcon 9 launch vehicle, it was manufactured by OATKGA. The satellite has dimensions of 3.1 meters in length, 1.5 meters in diameter, and a span of 9.4 meters. It weighs 860 kg at launch and has a dry mass of 700 kg.
