FLOCK 2E'-13 is a CubeSat (3U) technology satellite manufactured by PLAN and owned by the same entity. Launched on November 20, 1998, from TYMSC Launch Site using an Atlas V 401 launch vehicle, it carries either PS0, PS1, or PS2 imaging payload as part of its Dove 0C45 mission. The satellite has dimensions of 0.3 meters in length and diameter, with a span of 0.3 meters. It weighs 5 kilograms both at launch and dry mass. Equipped with solar cells and batteries for power generation, it lacks onboard motors except for FEEP (#Flock-3p').
