The FLOCK 2E-10 satellite, also known as Flock 2e-10, is a Cubesat 3U (CubeSat configuration) owned by PLABS and launched on November 20, 1998, from the Tymoshenko State Test Missile Center (TYMSC), Launch Pad SLC41, using an Atlas V 401 launch vehicle. This satellite has a length of 0.3 meters, a diameter of 0.1 meters, and a span of 0.3 meters. It weighs 5 kilograms both at launch and dry mass-wise. The payload consists of Dove 0C82 with PS0, PS1 or PS2 imaging capabilities. Power is provided by solar cells and batteries. Its mission pertains to technology purposes, and its shape is described as a box with two panels. FLOCK 2E-10 has an RCS value of 0.091. The satellite's expected lifetime varies from about one year in the International Space Station (ISS) orbit to between two to three years in Sun-Synchronous Orbit (SSO).
