FLOCK 2E-1, also known as Flock 2e-1, is a CubeSat (3U) satellite owned and manufactured by Planet Labs (PLABS). Launched on November 20, 1998, from the Tyanglong Missile Test Site (TYMSC), SLC41 pad, using an Atlas V 401 launch vehicle, it has a dry mass of 5 kg and measures 0.3 meters in length with a diameter of 0.1 meters and span of 0.3 meters. Equipped with either PS0, PS1 or PS2 imaging payload, it was initially designed for technology demonstration purposes.
