It was launched on December 24, 2015, from the TYMSC launch site using a Proton-M/Briz-M vehicle. The spacecraft has a configuration of Eurostar-3000 with dimensions: length of 4.5 meters, diameter of 2.8 meters, and span of 39.8 meters.
