It was launched on November 10, 2015, from ELA3 at FRGUI using an Ariane 5ECA launch vehicle. The spacecraft uses the Eurostar 3000LS bus configuration with a dry mass of 3000 kg and a total launch mass of 5799 kg. It is equipped with 24 Ku-band transponders and a GAGAN payload, providing communication services.
