Summary
FLOCK 1B-21, also known as Flock 1b-21, is a CubeSat (3U) satellite manufactured by PLABS and owned by the same entity. It was launched on November 20, 1998, from TYMSC using an Antares 120 launch vehicle from Pad 0A. The satellite has dimensions of 0.3 meters in length, 0.1 meters in diameter, and a span of 0.3 meters. It weighs 4.5 kilograms at launch and dry mass is also 4.5 kilograms. Equipped with PS0, PS1 or PS2 imaging payload as part of the Dove 0817 mission, it serves technology purposes.
