FLOCK 1-10 (ALT_NAME: Flock 1-07) is a CubeSat (3U) technology satellite launched on November 20, 1998, from TYMSC Pad 0A using the Antares 120 launch vehicle. The satellite was manufactured by PLABS and operates for the owner PLABS with a mission focus on technology. It measures 0.3 meters in length, has a diameter of 0.1 meters, and spans 0.3 meters, with both dry mass and launch mass being 4.25 kg. FLOCK 1-10 is equipped with solar cells and batteries for power and features PS0, PS1 or PS2 imaging payload as its primary equipment. The satellite's shape consists of a box with two panels (Box+2 pan) and has an RCS value of 0.0804. Its launch site was TYMSC Pad 0A, and the satellite became stable on February 14, 2014.
