PROMETHEUS 1-3, also known as Prometheus 1-3, is a CubeSat (1.5U) technology satellite launched by SOCOM/LANL from the WLPIS launch site on November 20, 2013, using a Minotaur I launch vehicle. The satellite has dimensions of 0.1 meters in length, diameter, and span, with a dry mass and launch mass of 1 kilogram each. It is powered by four deployable fixed solar arrays and batteries. The mission's purpose is technology-focused, and it was manufactured by LANL. PROMETHEUS 1-3 has an expected lifetime of 3 to 5 years and features a box shape with a RCS (Reflectivity Coefficient) value of 0.1654.
