PHONESAT 2.4 is a CubeSat (1U) satellite launched by NASA's Ames Research Center (ARC) on November 20, 2013, from Wallops Flight Facility using the Minotaur I launch vehicle. The spacecraft measures 0.1 meters in length and diameter with a span of 0.2 meters, has a dry mass of 2 kilograms, and was launched at the same mass. Its mission is focused on technology demonstrations. PHONESAT 2.4 uses solar cells and batteries for power and is equipped with a box shape complemented by an antenna.
